Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made easily through our Bookings page. Your Credit or Debit card details are required to secure your booking. Please note, payment is not taken at this stage and you will need to make payment on arrival/departure. We accept cash and all major Credit and Debit cards except American Express and we reserve the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

Breakfast

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Breakfast is served 7.30am-8.30am Monday to Friday and 8.00am-9.00am Saturday and Sunday.

Security

The management will not accept responsibility for the loss of money or valuables.

No Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy throughout the building.

Check In/Check Out

Check in between 16.00hrs and 20.00hrs. Check in may be available outside of these hours only by prior arrangement.Please note check in is not possible after 22.00hrs.

Check out by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: If you fail to arrive or you cancel your booking after 4pm 14 days prior to arrival, then the full amount of your booking will be due and charged to the payment card provided.

Child policies

Our rooms do not have capacity for extra beds or cots.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.
